When you finish the assessment we ask for the details needed to unlock your range on this screen and to follow up later.

• Your name and agency name.
• Your work email.
• Your phone number, if you choose to leave one. Phone is optional.
• If you contact a listed agency, your name, email, and short note.
• The book inputs you enter: licensed states, years in business, agency type, premium, commission, margin, retention, growth, line-of-business mix, concentration, and recurring revenue.
• Limited technical data from the browser, such as pages viewed and approximate location derived from an IP address, used for analytics.

Book inputs stay private. They are used to compute your directional valuation range and are never shown on a public page.

You see your valuation range on screen after you submit. Your work email is for follow-ups about the estimate or related tools — not to deliver the number itself.

We may email you about your assessment or related products. We do not claim that we will never email you.

Agency inquiries are stored for review so they can be passed along. Buyer and owner contact details are not published on agency profiles.

We do not sell your personal information or your book inputs.

This site does not take payments, does not collect policy filings, and is not a SERFF or regulatory filing product.
